Playoff Application

2012 Valley Playoffs are approaching! You need to apply to officiate. The assignments will be made on Sunday Feb 5.

Download the application form and get it in to Joel ASAP. You can also apply by email - but make sure that you include ALL information asked for on the form - incomplete applications will be ignored.
